City of Dell City Hometown STARS Award Recipient

The Texas Department of Agriculture announced on Monday, June 26, 2006 that the City of Dell City was a winner in the recent round of funding for the Hometown STARS matching grants program.
Mayor Pamela Dean and the council requested assistance on behalf of the Dell Valley - Hudspeth County Fair for printing and advertising costs for the 2006 event. Matching funds projects include posters, brochures, and print ads.
Hometown STARS is a program of the Texas Yes! initiative introduced by agriculture commissioner Susan Combs.
